Mists and Planets

Do you also feel a bit misty, searching for the core of your feelings and maybe even for your sparkles and joy? At the moment, many people in my practice are struggling with a restlessness that hangs around them, and the clarity of their emotions just isn’t being revealed. The system has gotten used to the mist rising when it’s afraid to feel the core of the emotion.

This morning, as I walked outside and admired the beautiful mist, I couldn’t help but think of this. It was gorgeous outside. And the strange thing about mist is that you know there’s a world behind it, you just can’t see it. You only see the things close to you. The closer you get to yourself, the clearer you see. But getting there isn’t always easy. The mists have risen for a reason—it still feels unsafe. Whether that’s real or not, it happens.

You can trigger the feeling of your core pain, but it begins with a kind of "choice." And many inner fears will do everything they can to block that choice.

It starts with creating time and making the choice to trigger yourself. For example, by playing that one song you can’t listen to without crying. Watching the movie that touches you, seeking the silence of nature and walking just a little further, being alone a bit longer than feels comfortable... Running, singing, shouting...

These are small examples of getting closer to your core. You don’t have to analyze what’s going on right away—doing so won’t necessarily clear the mist. But letting it flow for a moment can help clear things up. Of course, this doesn’t always work, and it’s important to be gentle with yourself. But if you’re wandering in the mist, consciously seek the trigger to your innermost core.

If it feels unsafe, you won’t approach it, and that’s okay—this foundation needs attention.

Know that when you need help, I can look with you into your mist and guide you to your core, at your pace and in your safety. You don’t have to do everything alone, but you can do more than you think.

I wish you clarity in the mist and a beautiful, loving day. Take good care of yourself.

And... I also read about the planets, and the new moon is coming... that will also do its part. And as I write this, the sun is starting to break through...

Much love and light,
