Dear all,

How are you doing? I just wanted to reach out for a moment and connect. I was thinking about my connection to my practice and all the wonderful, loyal people in it. I hope you're doing well.

I’m celebrating my “old year” today — tomorrow I’ll turn 52.
Wow, yes... a wrinkle here, a grey hair there — or let’s be honest, pretty much everywhere by now. A little hormonal wave here, a bit of a saggy neck there. 😉
But mostly: I feel grateful for my journey on this earth. And today, I’m celebrating this moment.
In a little while, I’ll head to the sea for my sunset ritual, and tomorrow I’ll spend the day with my children — my greatest loves. I’m taking time to pause, to be present with all that is, and with my life in this very moment.

Just now, I pulled a Mary Magdalene card — her presence has been coming through so strongly lately. The message confirmed my path in the now.

The past weeks have been fascinating. Maybe you’ve felt it too. Old themes and new energy walking hand in hand.
With Mercury in retrograde and the new moon coming on the 24th, I’m feeling a nostalgic kind of depth.

With gratitude and clarity, I’m looking at the path I’ve walked and where I am now... and I’m open to what’s to come.

Thank you for journeying alongside me. We’ve all come into this time together, each of us working to find and keep our light — through all the trials and challenges of being human. I’m so glad we’re walking this together.
I honour you. Let’s keep honouring each other — no matter what we do or where we are. We all wear masks sometimes, and even they deserve our respect — they were there for a reason.
Only through love for ourselves and one another can we begin to create the kind of world where we feel safe enough to let the masks drop and truly see each other as we are.

This message might feel a little all over the place — I had a bit of an euphoric moment, dancing around, full of energy, and this spontaneous writing just bubbled up from there.

I’ll write more soon about my summer plans.
But first — time to celebrate and just be.

Wishing you light and so much love 🧡❣🙏🌟
